How are you doing it?
If you're creating the indexes first and it's still too slow, I suggest you
open a PMR.
There is a known limitation (technically not a bug because it works as
design) which was hit by at least another customer. It's important to add
customer cases so that R&D can better understand the severity and maybe
change the priority...
I don't know the status, but I think it's scheduled for some future
version...
Technically there is a way around the problem, but it's not supported and
involves some risks... Do I would not consider it... Unless technical
support suggests it.
